BasixClean™ powerful alkaline detergent
BasixClean, a formulation successfully used for many years and tested for compatibility with DeLaval equipment, is a chlorinated alkaline that removes milk fat and protein in order to keep your milking and cooling equipment as clean as possible. An effective cleaning routine will contribute to a premium milk quality and reduce the risk of bacteria growth in the milking installation.
Liquid chlorinated alkaline detergent for milking and cooling equipment built with high alkalinity to remove fat. Alternate with a DeLaval acid detergent, frequency depending on water hardness. For advice, contact the DeLaval service technician in your area.

User instructions | User instructions After milking, empty the installation of all residual milk traces. Rinse with warm water (40-45°C). Dose BasixClean in hot water (60-85°C). Circulate solution 7-10 minutes. Always keep water temperature above 40°C. Check cluster and water flow, run solution to waste after cleaning. Rinse the installation with potable cold water. Let the installation dry. |
